1. reconstructed gray and white matter surfaces using FreeSurfer surface output
2. merged cerebellum, brain stem and brain ventricles from MNI segmented volume to voxelated FreeSurfer surfaces
3. recreated CSF surface, and the CSF layer is more accurate in thickness
4. optimized mesh using iso2mesh options distbound and radbound
